We are always on the lookout for talented commercially-focused consultants with a can-do attitude. We are happy to hear from people with varying levels of experience in the talent space, to join our ever-growing Consultancy team.


We are a collaborative, ambitious and client-focused group, working with a variety of organizations using our market-leading assessment solutions. We are looking for pro-active individuals to show their initiative in order to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with new and existing clients, and provide input into marketing strategies.

What is the job?

Saville Assessment was founded to help clients place the right people in the right roles and support them in making sure their people thrive once they are there.

Our consultants: 

  • Continuously learn about effective assessment, using this knowledge and expertise to identify sales opportunities, develop relationships and service clients.
  • Build breadth of experience by working together across our Hire, Build and Lead client solutions (rarely are two days ever the same!)
  • Work with clients and colleagues from different countries, cultures and backgrounds to develop a broad network of meaningful connections.
  • Drive the growth of Saville Assessment solutions in the UK and more widely by:
  • Selling assessment solutions into a portfolio of existing strategic accounts
  • Developing new pipelines of business
  • Writing proposals and delivering sales presentations
  • Partnering with clients directly to enhance their application of talent assessment solutions

We offer flexibility with hybrid working but do like to get together so there would be an expectation to spend some time in our office in New Malden.

About You

You will have: 

  • An extensive understanding of the trends and challenges within the talent industry
  • Evidence of pursuing goals, seizing opportunities and taking decisive action with clients
  • High motivation to generate sales and commercial growth
  • A readiness to flexibly take on new opportunities and adapt your approach as needed
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Proficiency in handling complex data that could be involved in making technical sales
We would be interested in a broad range of talent, from Chartered Occupational Psychologists to those with no formal psychology qualification but experience in assessment use, both in recruitment and development settings.
