We are looking for Occupational Psychology graduates to join our Research & Development team as R&D Analysts to be involved with data analysis, developing new products, managing content and delivering client products and solutions. Saville Assessment was recently acquired by the European private equity investor Tenzing, so this is a really exciting time to join our team as we accelerate our product development.

Information You Provide

We may collect the following information from you in connection with your application or Talent Network account

Information from Other Sources

The information that you submit to us will be used for Saville Assessment’s global personnel recruitment, management and planning purposes, as permitted by local law, including:

We will retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may also retain your information in our Talent Network if you opt-in to that program. We may remove personal information from our database, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Furthermore, we may delete personal information about you (including your CV/résumé) from our database at any time and without providing any reason. Therefore, please retain your own copy of the personal information provided to us.
