- A BSc in Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar subject (an MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent is desirable, but not essential)
- A proficiency with numbers and complex analysis
- Interest in and understanding of statistics
- Competence in using SPSS and/or other statistical packages
- The ability to multi-task and work in a structured and organised way
- Very high attention to detail and a focus on getting things right
- A willingness and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- An interest in developing content for leading-edge assessments
- A drive to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality products and services
