My password doesn’t work?
Check you are copying and pasting it exactly. Have you logged in previously and changed the password from the original numerical one?
When I log in I cannot see my task in the My Tasks section?
When you log in please select the ‘My Tasks’ tab. In the center of the page you will see a dropdown. Select the option ‘Current Tasks’ and press ‘SWITCH VIEW’. Your task should then appear.
I started the ability test and pressed the ‘Back’ button / tried to come out of the test , I am getting a message saying to contact support as I need a reset – What do I do?
Contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Permission will be required from the test administrator for the project and then your test can be reset and you will be able to complete again from the beginning. No previous responses will be saved.
How can I get my results?
The test results are sent to the trained feedback provider who will contact you regarding your results.
I have downloaded a later version of Flash Player but the test is not downloading?
This has occurred because you did not exit the test before installing the Flash Player. Please contact email@example.com for a reset.
Will I receive my report(s)?
Your reports will be sent to the project administrator (qualified user) who can distribute them at their discretion.
I am completing a 360 questionnaire and have marked the ratings the wrong way round but cannot go backwards to correct?

When is the deadline for my Assessments?
The project manager will have the deadline, however, if you email email@example.com with your details, they will be able to find out for you.
Can I login to Oasys after Saville Assessment's working hours?
Yes, however, the support team will not be available to help with any difficulties outside of these hours.
