Identifying & Retaining
Top Talent

The Recruitment & Employment Confederation reported overall vacancy levels are increasing at the fastest rate for 23 years. This is against the backdrop of an active labor market where 41% of the global workforce are considering leaving their job.*

These statistics suggest an opportunity to capitalize on a new wave of talent in the market but a Willis Towers Watson Survey highlighted that organizations are predicting difficulties in attracting and retaining talent.

In this series of webinars, we will spotlight different approaches that organizations are taking across their talent practices in order to boost the critical metric of employee retention.

Presenters: Gemma Harding, Managing Consultant at Saville Assessment and Daphne van der Wielen, Managing Consultant at Saville Assessment

41% of current employees will leave their job in the next 3-6 months (Microsoft) and 36% of recent job leavers did so without a new job in hand (McKinsey). This is fueling many conversations about ‘The Great Resignation’, but with a new Wave of talent in the market this also creates opportunities for ‘The Great Hire’.

In this session, Daphne and Gemma will share:

  • Employee Experience survey data illustrating what is pulling talent in and what is pushing it out
  • How a multinational manufacturing company has delivered an integrated talent strategy to recruit and retain top talent
  • How a Global Insurance company transformed their hiring process and improved their talent acquisition metrics
  • Key considerations for how your talent acquisition activity can reduce the risk of selection errors and improve talent retention

Thursday 18th November & Thursday 2nd December 11.00-11.45am GMT
