Saville Assessment & Fujitsu shortlisted in Innovation in Recruitment category at Personnel Today Awards
Saville Assessment’s work with technology giants Fujitsu has been recognized by the Personnel Today Awards 2020 in the category of Innovation in Recruitment.
As part of our ongoing commitment to help Fujitsu provide the very best experience to their candidates, we worked closely with them to create a highly-immersive and efficient graduate assessment process.
We introduced a bespoke Situational Judgment Test (SJT), designed not only to robustly assess the key behaviors required for the role, but also provide a realistic preview of graduate life at Fujitsu and showcase the far-reaching work they do globally. This was combined with our Swift Executive Aptitude Tests for extra validity and to enable quick and effective decision making.
