Saville Assessment and Johnson & Johnson shortlisted for Excellence in HR through Technology and Best Supplier Partnership at Personnel Today Awards
Saville Assessment’s recent work with manufacturing giants Johnson & Johnson has been recognized in the categories of Excellence in HR through Technology and Best Supplier Partnership by the Personnel Today Awards 2019.
We worked closely with J&J to enhance the overall effectiveness of their assessment process and improve the candidate experience. As part of this technology-led approach was the implementation of a new ‘Role Fit’ app.
This application facilitated hiring managers being able to quickly rank skills and behaviors in order of importance to create an accurate profile of the role being hired for. These highlighted strengths and risks were then explored during the assessment process and through tailored interview questions.

The Personnel Today Awards is an annual event which acknowledges and celebrates HR teams that have led innovative projects and been courageous in implementing change over the past 18 months.
The winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on 19th November.
