Saville Assessment shortlisted for 'Excellence in Customised Assessment' at 2021 ABP Awards
We are delighted to announce that Saville Assessment have been shortlisted in the 'Excellence in Customised Assessment' category at the ABP Workforce Experience Awards 2021.
We worked alongside the Talent team at Edgewell to develop an assessment to help embed their values within their People Manager population. The assessment was an image-based situational judgment test, which not only assessed the Edgewell values, but also provided a realistic depiction of life in the People Manager role, whilst simultaneously showcasing their various personal care brands.
This shortlisting follows Saville Assessment's win at last year's ceremony in the 'Excellence in Assessment' category.
