Saville Assessment shortlisted in three categories at 2020 ABP Awards

We are delighted to announce that Saville Assessment have been shortlisted in three categories at the ABP Workforce Experience Awards 2020:

• Excellence in Assessment
• Excellence in Innovation in Business Psychology
• Excellence in Learning & Development

For the Excellence in Assessment category, the panel recognized our recent work with a leading global insurance company to introduce a cutting-edge assessment process. After an in-depth consultation and trialling period, a bespoke Situational Judgment Test (SJT) was implemented alongside our new Match 6.5 behavioral screener and a ‘Day in the Life’ video to provide a blended engaging experience for candidates.

In the category of Excellence in Innovation in Business Psychology , our work alongside Fujitsu was acknowledged. We partnered closely with the technology giants to improve their graduate recruitment process, creating an immersive SJT to rigorously assess the key behaviors required for a role, as well as providing a realistic preview of graduate life at Fujitsu and highlighting the far-reaching work that they do worldwide.

Our speedy response to changing global conditions saw us adapt our BPS-accredited Test User training to be delivered online and this has been recognized in the Excellence in Learning & Development category. Our Virtual Training offers delegates the option to log-on and attend our courses anywhere in the world, offering greater flexibility, as well as minimizing the environmental impact of our training.

The online platform makes use of interactive exercises, polls, quizzes and virtual breakout rooms to give the full Saville Assessment training experience and has been met with excellent feedback from delegates.
