Our unique work roles model uses data from the Wave personality questionnaire to accurately predict an individual’s workplace performance and potential. It features 8 individual Work Roles, across 4 behavioral clusters.

We identify an individual’s most and least preferred working styles and what this means in relation to how they perform in the workplace.
