The screening model enabled more than 4,000 applicants to be assessed effectively, combining scale with a fully rounded view of fit. Bespoke reports, powered by the Wave Strengths questionnaire, gave hiring teams evidence-led insight into each candidate, while candidates could access their own Candidate Report throughout the process. Improved process efficiency was also positively correlated with cost efficiencies. Dynamic Interview Guides supported more objective decision-making and helped reduce the influence of human bias.
