Saville Assessment win 'Excellence in Early Careers Assessment & Selection' at ABP Awards 2023

Saville Assessment are delighted to be named winners of Excellence in Early Careers Assessment & Selection for their work with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) at the 2023 Association for Business Psychology Awards.

We worked closely with JLR to implement a dynamic Situational Judgment Test, combined with our Match 6.5 behavioral screener, to help streamline and significantly enhance their early careers assessment process.

Saville Assessment were also named as finalists in the Excellence in DE&I and Excellence in Talent Management categories for their work with Essex County Council and Ricoh UK respectively.
