Four things your team walks out with
HR teams carry everyone else's 2027 people agenda. A session now means you start the year aligned instead of fixing gaps mid-year.
Seeing each other's styles and motivations builds trust between colleagues. Each person's report shows their two most and two least preferred of the eight Work Roles, so the differences in the room stop being a mystery.
The team agrees how it shares work, makes decisions and handles friction, using the roles people actually prefer rather than the ones they have been assigned.
Group Analytics show the roles the team covers naturally, so it can play to those strengths on the work that matters most next year.
Group Analytics also show the roles the team is light on and who can step up to cover them, before a gap turns into a missed deadline.
A half day, and 15 to 35 minutes of preparation per person
No pre-reading and no away day. One short assessment, one session, and actions your team actually agreed.
One short online assessment
Each participant completes one short online assessment before the session, taking between 15 and 35 minutes. That is the only preparation needed.
A half-day session, led by an expert
A Saville Assessment consultant facilitates the session, working from each person's Work Roles report and the Group Analytics view for the group.
Individual feedback, if you want it
An optional add-on: each participant gets a one-to-one session on their own report, at £700 per person.

One short assessment, two outputs
Work Roles is powered by Wave, the behavioral assessment behind every Saville report. No accreditation is needed to use the reports or the analytics.
Your Work Roles report
A highly visual report that introduces the eight Work Roles, across four clusters: Solving Problems, Influencing People, Delivering Results and Adapting Approaches. It shows each person's two most and two least preferred roles, with practical tips for using the first to best effect, managing the second, and collaborating with colleagues who differ.
The team view
An interactive group overview that brings the individual reports together: which roles the team has in depth, which it is light on, and how the dynamics play out when these people work together. Your consultant uses it in the session to move from insight to targeted actions.
The teams this is built for
Three situations we see most often in HR teams at this time of year.
A team that has changed shape
New joiners, a restructure or a new leader this year, and the team has not yet worked out how it works together.
Everyone is busy, nobody is aligned
Work gets done, but the same friction keeps coming back: decisions revisited, handoffs dropped, two people doing one job.
A 2027 agenda bigger than the team
You are about to carry the organization's people plans for next year and want your own team sorted first.
What Work Roles did at Enfield Council
A council implementing a new strategy through a period of change, looking for a more empowered, responsive and engaged workforce. Managers ran team sessions with the Work Roles toolkit, powered by Wave.
“It has helped the team in relation to recognizing, valuing and respecting individual work preferences so people can bring their whole selves to work.”

Frequently asked questions
If it is not here, ask us. You will get a fast response from an expert member of the team.
A facilitated half-day session in which a team sees its members' working styles side by side, agrees how it will share work, make decisions and handle friction, and leaves with actions it will hold itself to. This one is built on Work Roles reports and Group Analytics and led by a Saville Assessment consultant.
£4,400, fixed. That covers the online assessment for every participant, their individual Work Roles reports, the Group Analytics view and the half-day session. One-to-one feedback for each participant is an optional add-on.
Between 15 and 35 minutes per person, completed online before the session. That is the only preparation anyone needs to do.
The number depends on the workshop, so ask us. The workshop is designed around one intact team.
Bookings confirmed by 30 November 2026 get the discounted price. The session itself is scheduled around your team's diary, with the aim of delivering before the year closes.
