Assessment feedback sessions that end in decisions
THE ORGANIZATIONS THAT ASSESS WITH US
Which conversation needs to land
Five situations where an hour with one of our experts does more than another copy of the report.
Panel is split
Three shortlisted candidates, three reports, and a room that still argues from instinct. A hiring stakeholder debrief walks your panel through the results side by side, so the final call rests on evidence.
Candidates get nothing
Someone gave you two hours of their time and got a rejection email. A candidate feedback session gives every candidate, hired or not, a clear read on their strengths and how they came across.
Report got filed
The workshop was good, the report was accurate, and three weeks later nothing has changed. A development feedback session turns the result into two or three things the person will actually work on.
360 could backfire
Unfiltered peer and manager ratings land badly without someone to frame them. A 360 debrief helps the person hear what the data says, separate the signal from the sting, and decide what to do about it.
Too many people
More people to debrief than your budget or diary will stretch to. We deliver the first cohort, then train your HR team so they can run the sessions themselves once they are accredited.

Works from an assessment or a 360
What happens in an assessment feedback session
The session begins with the completed assessment so nothing extra is asked of the assessed person(s). Where a 360 is involved, we wait until the ratings are in and the report has been generated.
A qualified professional walks through the results in plain language: what the person is strong at, where the risks sit, and what that means for the role or the plan in front of them.
The candidate gets a clear read on their strengths and how they came across. The panel gets a comparison it can defend. The individual gets two or three development priorities in their own words.
Where volume makes one to one sessions unaffordable, we deliver the first cohort and then accredit your HR team through our assessment training, so they can run the sessions themselves.

Yes, once they are accredited. We deliver the first cohort, then train your HR team through our assessment training so they can run sessions in house. Until they are accredited, the sessions are delivered by us.
Yes, if you want them to. Candidate feedback sessions can be offered to internal and external candidates, successful or not. They are booked as a separate service rather than included in a platform license, and they are one of the clearest ways to protect candidate experience.
Yes. A 360 debrief is a development feedback session built around 360 degree feedback results rather than a self-assessment alone, and can be booked at 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Sessions are priced per candidate or per role, and the price depends on the session type and the length. Tell us what you are running and we will come back with a figure.
Tell us about the roles you're assessing
Send the roles and volumes and we will come back with where your center is leaving value on the table.
