The e-learning opens as soon as you enroll and you work through it when it suits you. The live feedback session is booked directly with your consultant, around your diary rather than a course calendar.

If you want to bring a group across together, we will run the whole thing in one facilitated session on a date that suits you.

You need a personality qualification first

Test User: Occupational Personality, from Saville Assessment or any other provider recognized by the BPS. If you do not hold one, the combined course covers both the ability and behavioral sides from scratch.
