Our online leadership assessments answer what interviews cannot
Leadership Impact
Where a leader will create impact and where they will not, across the areas your business actually needs: new markets, transformation, delivery, building teams. The read a board wants before it signs anything off.
Leadership Risk
The behaviors that derail senior people under pressure, and what they do to the organization and the culture around them. Only one in five HR leaders is completely confident they can spot them coming.
Leadership potential
Who can go further, and in which direction. Built from thousands of expert ratings of potential and designed to cut the odds of backing the wrong person from 1 in 5 to around 1 in 50.
360 feedback
How a leader is experienced by the people around them, set against how they see themselves. The gap is usually the development conversation nobody has been willing to start.
Three steps, no assessment center required
Most senior processes stall because the evidence takes weeks to gather. This one does not.
Agree what good looks like
We profile the role against the impact your business needs from it, so the assessment measures the job you are actually hiring for rather than leadership in the abstract.
One questionnaire, 35 minutes
Candidates complete our most in-depth questionnaire online, in their own time, wherever they are. No travel, no day out of the diary, nothing that makes a sitting executive think twice about applying.
Debrief with an expert
Our occupational psychologists walk your panel through what the reports mean and what to probe at interview. You can also train your own people to do it.

Hiring, developing and promoting leaders
External appointments where the shortlist all look credible on paper and the panel has two hours to tell them apart.
Programs that land, because they start from what each leader actually needs rather than what the cohort has in common.
Succession planning with evidence behind it, including the people who were never on anyone's list. 71% of HR leaders agree top performers do not automatically make top managers, which is exactly the promotion this catches.

Frequently asked questions
If it is not here, ask us. You will get a fast response from an expert member of the team.
An online leadership assessment measures how someone will lead: the impact they will create, the risks they carry under pressure, and how much further they could go. It is completed online in about 35 minutes and produces separate reports for the panel, the sponsor and the leader themselves.
Ours measure behavior at work rather than personality in the abstract: how a leader makes decisions, builds teams, handles pressure and drives change. Each is mapped to the business outcomes a senior role is accountable for, so the panel sees fit against the job rather than a generic leadership score.
Yes. The same data reads at team level, showing where a leadership team is strong, where it is thin, and which behaviors nobody around the table brings. This is usually where a new CEO or a post-merger structure gets tested first.
Senior people push back on assessment when it feels like a black box. Every report explains what was measured and why, the language is plain, and the debrief is a conversation rather than a verdict. Candidates get their own report whether or not they get the job.
The questionnaire takes about 35 minutes per candidate and reports are available as soon as it is complete, so the assessment is rarely the thing holding a process up. Finding a date for the expert debrief usually is.
