Where AI already works in our products
AI Job Description Analyzer
Free to use. It maps any job description, including one AI drafted, against the skills and behaviors that predict success in that kind of role. You get a score out of 100 and the top five fixes, with wording you can use straight away.
AI success profiling
In Wave Connect. Upload a job description and AI drafts a success profile, ranking the behaviors that matter most for the role. A person reviews and finalizes it, and it then drives a targeted interview guide for every candidate.
Unusual Response Metric
Included with aptitude tests. It compares each completion with response patterns from before AI was widely available, and flags unusual ones to administrators for a supervised retest. No setup, and no change for candidates.
Remote supervision
For the highest-stakes hiring. Recorded or live oversight of the test session, with AI alerts that highlight behavior worth a second look. Reviewers see any flags alongside the score, and people make the call.
Insight inside the AI assistant your people already use
A manager five minutes before a difficult conversation, a new joiner working out how their team works, a talent leader looking for development gaps: each gets an answer in the tool they already have open. Nothing new to log into, and built for IT and compliance teams to sign off.

AI in our assessments: your questions
No. Scores are psychometric and recommendations come from fixed bands, so the same answers always produce the same result. AI never makes the progress or reject call.
No. Our AI runs on our own Azure platform, and client data is not used to train models. Our security and compliance documents are in the trust center.
Two ways. The Unusual Response Metric is included with aptitude tests and flags unusual response patterns to administrators for a supervised retest. For the highest-stakes roles, remote supervision adds recorded or live oversight of the session, with AI alerts that people review.
Not that we can see so far. We compared client scores from campaigns run before AI was widely available with recent ones and found no large jumps in aptitude or situational judgment scores that can confidently be attributed to AI. The formats more exposed to AI are resumes, written responses and asynchronous video interviews.
Wherever AI drafts or flags something. A person reviews and finalizes every AI-drafted success profile before it is used, reviewers make the call on any remote supervision alert, and report text comes from a reviewed content bank.
