Test User: Occupational Personality

Formerly BPS Level B

Most behavioral assessments tell you what someone is like. Ours tells you what they will deliver, how well, and where they will struggle. This course qualifies you to use it, read the reports, and give feedback people act on.

Four to six hours of e-learning, then 1.5 days of live tutoring. Why practitioners choose Saville

What you're certified in

What Wave® tells you

Wave® is our own behavioral model, built and validated in-house. Qualifying certifies you in the full suite built on it, and in the expert reports behind them: the deepest read the model produces.

Talent and motive together

Most behavioral assessments tell you what someone is good at. Wave® also reads what they want to do more of. The gap between the two is where development conversations get useful, because a manager stops guessing what will motivate someone and starts with what already does.

The strongest predictor of performance

Predictive validity is how closely a score tracks what a person actually goes on to do at work. Ours leads the market and has been independently reviewed by the British Psychological Society, scoring 27 out of 30.

Answers you can trust

Candidates rate each statement, then rank the ones they scored the same. Claiming to be strong at everything forces a trade-off, so what comes back is closer to the truth.

Why it outperforms

One in five hires goes wrong. With a behavioral assessment powered by Wave®, one in fifty. It is also 65% better at identifying key leadership traits, so potential gets spotted more accurately.

Why get qualified

What you'll gain

Qualifying is what lets you advise with confidence: read the profile, reach the right conclusion, and explain it to the people making the call.

Predict performance, not personality

Say what someone will deliver, how well, and where they will struggle, rather than what they are like.

Interviews that go deeper

Use the profile to shape the questions and recognize high-caliber candidates.

Feedback that makes an impact

Most reports go half used because nobody talks anyone through them. Be the expert who does.

Potential, not just this role

Identify potential and build a pipeline rather than filling one vacancy at a time.
