It combines the Leadership Impact and Leadership Risk models to go beyond competencies and skills, showing how style and behavior affect key organizational outcomes and where potential risks may need to be managed. It’s designed for consistent, fair decisions and for conversations about impact and risk.

Leaders complete an online Impact & Risk assessment (powered by the Wave questionnaire, optimized for laptop and mobile). They then take part in an in-depth impact interview (90 minutes) and a presentation component referenced in the process. You receive a written report, a verbal debrief for key stakeholders, and a candidate feedback session.
