The role

The Assessment Content Co-ordinator will be pivotal in supporting both technical and content-related functions across the business. Within the R&D Assessment Product team, the focus of your work will be on managing the content used for Saville Assessment’s online psychometric behavioral, aptitude and other measures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing product lifecycle activities including:
    • Product launch
    • Product updates/amends
    • Product retirement and termination
    • Communication and oversight
  • Supporting ISO process requirements (management and tracking)
  • Proofing and checking content
  • Generating and content testing reports
  • Testing scoring for new reports, benchmarked data and assessment instruments
  • Functional testing support
  • Managing GDPR-related data deletion and file handling
  • Supporting assessment product leads in ensuring documentation is up to date
  • Supporting documentation and process consistency across platforms and systems
  • Sourcing, clarifying and sharing information with relevant stakeholders

The first stage of the process involves completing online behavioral and aptitude assessments (deadline 21st January). Those who are progressed to the next stage will be invited to a live video interview (through MS Teams, w/c 26th January). The final stage will involve attending our office in New Malden for follow-up assessments and a final interview on either Wednesday 4th or Thursday 5th February.
