Ricoh Win Best Internal Recruitment Strategy at Firm Awards 2021

Everyone at Saville Assessment would like to extend their congratulations to our client Ricoh for winning the Best Internal Recruitment Strategy award at The Firm Awards 2021.
The awards recognized Ricoh’s Scala Digital Talent Program, which aimed to re-skill employees, providing them with the expertise they needed to be redeployed from the traditional print arm of the business to the growing digital communications business.
The nine-month learning program offered employees:
- support to develop their digital skills
- industry recognized digital skills accreditations, such as Azure, ITIL and Office 365
- a three-month placement in a growth area of the business, providing hands-on experience
The technology giants employed our Wave personality, cognitive ability, and Workplace English assessments to ensure that they identified individuals most likely be able to meet the demands of the intense training program, as well as thrive in their new digital roles. All candidates, both successful and unsuccessful were also provided with insightful feedback reports.
The scheme has been a great success in terms of placing individuals into new roles and identifying others for succession plans.
