The assessment process

To apply, please complete the short form on this page. The assessment process will include the following stages:

If you meet the qualification requirements for the role, you will be invited to take our online aptitude and behavioral assessments (guidance and preparation documents will be provided). We will require these assessments to be completed by 2nd March.

If successful, a member of the team will give you a call for a brief conversation to discuss your interest in the role, general experience, and answer any initial questions.

If progressed, you will be invited to attend an assessment event. These events will be held on 10th and 11th March. If you are unavailable on one of these dates, please let us know as soon as possible.

The final stage is an interview with representatives of our senior leadership team. These interviews will be scheduled in the week beginning 17th March.

The closing date for applications is 17th February 2025. The start date is September 2025.

You must be currently studying towards a degree in Occupational Psychology (or equivalent) to be completed by September 2025 (or have completed a postgraduate degree in the field).
