Spend time learning how we work by rotating through and supporting our core Operations functions: Solutions, Support & Managed Services, Training, Professional Services Delivery, and Client Success. These core functions will provide you with a breadth of consultancy experiences. Additionally, you will spend some time with Business Development and Research & Development to experience how our teams work together.

If you meet the qualification requirements for the role, you will be invited to take our online aptitude and behavioral assessments (guidance and preparation documents will be provided). We will require these assessments to be completed by 2nd March.
If successful, a member of the team will give you a call for a brief conversation to discuss your interest in the role, general experience, and answer any initial questions.
If progressed, you will be invited to attend an assessment event. These events will be held on 10th and 11th March. If you are unavailable on one of these dates, please let us know as soon as possible.
The final stage is an interview with representatives of our senior leadership team. These interviews will be scheduled in the week beginning 17th March.
The closing date for applications is 17th February 2025. The start date is September 2025.
You must be currently studying towards a degree in Occupational Psychology (or equivalent) to be completed by September 2025 (or have completed a postgraduate degree in the field).
