Saville Assessment appoints Jim Darragh as Executive Chair

European tech investor Tenzing announced the appointment of Jim Darragh as the new Executive Chair of Saville Assessment. Jim’s arrival marks a significant milestone in Tenzing’s ongoing commitment to accelerating growth and innovation within this market-leading talent assessment and development platform.

Jim brings a wealth of experience to his role as Executive Chair, with a track record of leading and scaling private equity-backed tech companies. His career began in software sales and has since seen him successfully lead five international software businesses, including Totalmobile, Ipanema Technologies, and Zeus Technology. Notably, during his tenure at Totalmobile, Jim led the company through two investment cycles.

As Executive Chair, Jim will play a pivotal and hands-on role at Saville Assessment, actively driving critical initiatives for the company’s continued success. These include enhancing the product delivery platform to elevate the customer experience, increasing investment in sales and marketing to hone the commercial proposition, expanding the company’s international presence and developing a robust M&A strategy.
