Saville Assessment partner with Batian Consulting to provide assessment solutions in East and West Africa

Saville Assessment is delighted to announce a new partnership with Batian Consulting to provide talent assessment and development solutions in Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana while supporting growth across East and West Africa.
Based in Nairobi, Batian’s mission is to be a catalyst for talent, leaders and teams accelerating impact in Africa, which resonates well with Saville Assessment’s goal to transform talent assessment globally with their industry-leading assessments.
Named after the highest peak of Mount Kenya, Batian represents the vision to “inspire others to greater heights” by unlocking potential, developing leaders, and building agile teams. Batian Consulting will achieve these aims through use of Saville Assessment’s flagship Wave behavioral tools, aptitude tests and dynamic group reporting.

After an early career start in the United States he has spent the past 20 years in the African continent, including 16 years with Coca-Cola Beverages Africa in various leadership roles.
