Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company is delighted to announce a double win at this year’s Personnel Today Awards. Our client Ricoh won the Talent Management category for their Scala Digital Talent Program. The initiative aimed to re-skill employees, providing them with the expertise they needed to be redeployed from the traditional print arm of the business to the growing digital communications business. We worked closely with them to implement our Wave® personality, cognitive ability, and Workplace English assessments to ensure they identified individuals who would thrive on the program.
