You need to be Wave® qualified first

This course builds on a Test User: Occupational Personality qualification. If you hold one from another provider, the Wave® Transfer course converts it in four hours. If you hold nothing yet, the combined course covers both sides from scratch.

The e-learning opens as soon as you enroll and you work through it at your own convenience. The 45-minute practice session is booked directly with your consultant.

If you want a group trained together, we will run the e-learning and the practice session in one facilitated session on a date that suits you.

What you get access to. Once accredited you can use two tools: Wave® Performance 360 and the Leadership Impact Expert 360, so you can assess performance, attitude and potential at different levels across the organization.
