Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a fluent English and Mandarin-speaking Client Relationship Executive to join our Consultancy team and be involved with growing key international client relationships.

As well as developing client accounts in the UK, you will also provide support across our accelerator markets internationally and in particular, Greater China.

This is a permanent and full-time role.

About You

You will have: 

  • Fluent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
  • The ability and motivation to build strong relationships and influence key contacts and stakeholders
  • Experience working in Greater China or with clients based in Greater China
  • Excellent account management capability

Desirable:

  • Experience in talent assessment or consultancy
  • MSc Occupational Psychology (or equivalent)

A virtual interview. 

Assessment center, including presentation, written exercise and competency-based interview. 

Final interview with the leadership team.
