We looking for a Support Engineer to provide first and second line support for employees using internal systems and office IT facilities.

The team provides support and IT Infrastructure for all end users in the business. We are using the latest Microsoft technology and team members are encouraged to learn from each other and online to continually develop their skills and knowledge both as the technology evolves and into new areas.

The Package

Salary: £32-40k dependent on experience

25 days of annual leave with additional wellbeing day and community volunteering day

Additional half-day leave per year of employment starting from 2nd year of employment*

If progressed, you will be invited to attend an in-person interview at our office in New Malden with the Head of IT Infrastructure and one or more of the senior IT team.

Information You Provide

We may collect the following information from you in connection with your application or Talent Network account

  • Professional and other work-related licenses, permits and certifications held;
  • Information relating to references;
  • Any other information you elect to provide to us (e.g., employment preferences, willingness to relocate, current salary, desired salary, awards or professional memberships); and
  • Personal information required for background checks and new hire creation after offer acceptance (e.g. National Identifier, Date of Birth, Citizenship, Bank Account Information, and Tax Related Information, Work Authorization Details)

DATA RETENTION

We will retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may also retain your information in our Talent Network if you opt-in to that program. We may remove personal information from our database, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Furthermore, we may delete personal information about you (including your CV/résumé) from our database at any time and without providing any reason. Therefore, please retain your own copy of the personal information provided to us.
