Saville Assessment and Johnson & Johnson shortlisted for Best Supplier Partnership at Firm Awards 2019

Saville Assessment’s recent work with Johnson & Johnson has been recognized by The Firm Awards 2019 in the category of Best Supplier Partnership.

We have worked closely with J&J to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of their recruitment processes, as well as the candidate experience. This included the implementation of Saville Assessment’s Role Fit app which allows J&J to tailor their assessment requirements for each individual role.

The app asks the user to rank competencies such as evaluating problems, showing resilience and building relationships in terms of their importance for any given role. This ranking then powers subsequent online assessments and interview questions to ensure a robust assessment of the critical assessment criteria.

“As an assessment provider that prides itself on being innovative and utilizing new technologies to make our clients’ lives easier, we are extremely pleased to have our work with Johnson & Johnson recognized in this way,” says Gabby Parry, CEO of Saville Assessment.

“The Role Fit app has allowed us to be smarter and more targeted in what we’re assessing” says Rob Honnor, Head of Talent Acquisition – UK & Ireland, at Johnson & Johnson.

“Despite being leaner, we’ve actually improved the robustness and consistency of our hiring process and the candidate experience,” Rob adds.

The FIRM Awards were established in 2013 to celebrate the very best of in-house recruitment excellence, innovation and best practice.

The winners will be announced at a Gala Dinner Ceremony in London on Thursday 21st March.
