Saville Assessment shortlisted in two categories at ABP Awards 2019
We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for both Excellence in Assessment and Excellence in Using Innovative Technology in Business Psychology at the 2019 ABP Workforce Experience Awards.
The awards celebrate achievement in Business Psychology and recognized our recent work with Johnson & Johnson in the category of Excellence in Assessment. We worked closely with them to deliver a technology-based solution that enhanced the overall effectiveness of their assessment process and improved the candidate experience.
This included the implementation of our new Role-Fit app; the app powers an algorithm that assesses applicants against the role requirements and generates tailored interview guides for each applicant.
Our new video interviewing platform, in partnership with Tazio, was also shortlisted in the category of Excellence in Using Innovative Technology in Business Psychology .
This automated video interviewing platform uses questions powered by our flagship personality assessment Wave and is an effective way to reduce the administrative burden of screening large volumes of candidates, without sacrificing the ability to tailor questions to individual candidates.
