We are delighted to announce that Saville Assessment have been shortlisted by The Recruiter Awards in the category of Recruitment Industry Supplier of the Year.
The nomination recognized our achievements throughout the last 12 months in continuing to improve the assessment experience for our clients against a difficult global backdrop. These included the launch of our new Resilient Agility report, moving our accreditation training to virtual delivery, and introducing Match 6.5 – our quickest and most effective personality questionnaire yet.
The nomination also focused on our work with a global technology client in creating an immersive Situational Judgment Test to help them improve the quality of candidates invited to interview, significantly increase the number of completed applications from BAME candidates, as well as enhancing their brand values by providing candidates with realistic workplace scenarios.
Established in 2002, the Recruiter Awards is the UK’s largest event for the recruitment community, recognizing outstanding achievements in recruitment marketing and technology.
