Saville Assessment shortlisted in three categories at the ABP Awards 2023

Saville Assessment are delighted to be shortlisted for Excellence in Talent Management, Excellence in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D,E&I), and Excellence in Early Careers Assessment & Selection at the 2023 Association for Business Psychology Awards.   

The nominations recognize our continued commitment to meeting our clients’ ever-changing needs and providing them with exceptional support across the talent cycle.

The project with Ricoh UK, nominated for the Talent Management Award, was a great example of working closely with an organization to help uncover hidden talent.

They utilized Wave-i to identify suitable candidates for their Career Development Program. The robustness of this innovative tool moved Ricoh UK away from traditional methodologies that were more prone to bias.

In the Early Careers Assessment & Selection category, we worked closely with Jaguar Land Rover to implement a dynamic Situational Judgment Test, combined with our Match 6.5 behavioral screener, to help streamline and enhance their early careers assessment process. You can find out more here.

For the Excellence in D,E&I category, our work with Essex County Council was recognized. This involved them using Wave-i to identify women with leadership potential for their inaugural Women in Leadership Program. It was integral to implement a rigorous and objective process, thus ensuring the process created equal opportunities for identifying female leaders whilst mitigating bias.
