Saville Assessment Shortlisted in Two Categories at The Firm Awards 2023

We are delighted to be shortlisted for Best Selection & Assessment Strategy (with Jaguar Land Rover) and Best Supplier Partnership (with Baker McKenzie) at this year’s Firm Awards.

We worked closely with Jaguar Land Rover to implement a dynamic Situational Judgment Test, combined with our Match 6.5 behavioral screener, to help streamline and enhance their early careers assessment process.

We have been working alongside global law firm Baker Mckenzie since 2015 and recently supported them in improving their partner promotion process, introducing our Wave Performance 360 assessment centered on promoting development and building a growth mindset.

The Firm Awards celebrate the very best of in-house recruitment excellence, innovation and best practice and received a record number of submissions this year.

The winners will be announced at a Gala Dinner at Grand Connaught Rooms in London on the 8th June.
