Saville Assessment shortlisted twice at Personnel Today Awards 2023

Fresh off the back of their recent rebrand, Saville Assessment are delighted to be shortlisted for Talent Acquisition Partner of the Year and the Talent Management Award (with Ricoh UK) at this year’s Personnel Today Awards.

The nominations recognize our continued commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients,  as well as bringing new solutions to market to match their ever-changing needs.

The Talent Acquisition Partner of the Year nomination acknowledged our work with Jaguar Land Rover to transform their graduate recruitment process, using our Situational Judgment Test and Match 6.5 behavioral screener, as well as the introduction of our innovative Wave-i dashboard, allowing clients to get a clear picture of potential within the organization. 

The project with Ricoh, nominated for the Talent Management Award, was a great example of our company commitments, built around the 4 S’s:

Service – Ricoh were looking to increase internal mobility and unearth hidden talent within the organization. We worked closely with them to scope out the project and provide the best solution for them within the given timescales.

Science – With the belief that ‘everyone is talent, and everyone has a place’, Ricoh used the insight provided by our Wave-i tool to accurately identify those suitable for their Career Development Program, or those whose skills would be equally well suited to other areas of the business.

Skill – Our expert consultants were on hand throughout the process to answer any questions and adapt the process as need be.  

Security – All of our data centers are ISO 27001 certified and we consider client confidentiality to be of the utmost importance.
