These can be undertaken at your own pace and convenience, providing an understanding of the research behind our tools and the applications of them.
Virtual Tutored Sessions
You’ll then get first-hand experience of using our assessments in our virtual tutored group-sessions.
Here you can practice delivering best-practice feedback and see real life examples of our tools in action.
Access to our Tools
Upon completion of the training, you’ll get immediate access to our suite of tools, as well as an assessment starter pack, including free reports and Wave Card Deck.
There is also a wealth of materials available to you in our Client Resource Area.
Course Overview
This flexible online course teaches you how to implement personality assessments, interpret candidate reports and deliver effective feedback to drive superior selection and development activities.
Our E-Learning modules can be undertaken at your own pace and convenience, and teach you the theory behind the tool, whilst our virtual tutored group sessions provide interactive experience of analyzing candidate reports, interpreting profiles and delivering feedback.
This course requires delegates to be Test User: Occupational Ability (Level A) qualified and is suitable for individuals looking to transform their talent assessment.
