The Wave Interview Guide is designed for use by recruiters, assessors and line managers. Interviewers are presented with structured questions and probes to measure both a candidate’s talent and motives. These questions can be used to verify strengths as well as target specific areas of possible concern identified by our Wave questionnaire.
