Saville Assessment Announce First 2024 Course Dates & New Ways to Get Trained

2023 has been a busy year of training with more than 800 people getting certified to use our aptitude tests and personality tools, and we’re pleased to announce our first course dates of 2024, in what will be our biggest public training schedule yet.
As well as our flexible Test User: Occupational Ability & Personality (BPS Level A/B) courses and popular Leadership Impact Masterclasses, we are also offering new virtual Wave Transfer and Wave Performance 360 courses and Interview Skills training (more details below).

This course requires no previous psychometric experience and equips individuals involved in front-line recruitment with the skills to conduct fair, objective, best-practice interviews. Gain the skills and knowledge to conduct professional Behavioral or Competency Based Interviews (CBI) for more effective hiring.

Wave Transfer
This virtually-tutored conversion course is for those already trained in a personality tool recognized by the British Psychological Society) who are looking to add Wave to their skillset and CV.
